Wildlife Wonders - ZOO TO YOU


We bring the Zoo To You. From alligators, monkeys, kangaroos, boas, performing parrots, wildcats, bearcats, rare breeds farm animals and many more. Wildlife Wonders- ZOO TO YOU delivers live animal programs of your choice right to your school or event. Wildlife Wonders is a fully licensed and insured, USDA and DNR approved animal education company that houses over 150 animals. Wildlife Wonders specializes in combining education and entertainment to fit the specific needs of any group or event. We have many programs to choose from. These programs are suitable for all ages and we can tailor attention grabbing educational presentations adapted to specific age groups and class sizes.   We encourage interactive learning throughout our presentation.

Wildlife Wonders provides 30-60 minute presentations with 8-9 live animals. The animals vary according to the program chosen.  Programs can be done as large assemblies or in classrooms. Hands-on experience for classroom size programs!   Wildlife Wonders also provides live animal displays, petting zoos and more.

Some of the programs we offer are (programs are geared toward QCC standards):
  • Reptiles Around the World: Learn about a variety of reptiles from around the world! What makes a reptile a reptile? How do they survive? Some of the animals included are: 12 foot snake, 5 foot alligator, alligator snapping turtle, rattlesnake, huge monitor lizard, 40 lb tortoise and others.
     
  • Animals Around the World: a variety of animals such as a wallaby, monkey, hedgehog, parrot, fox, alligator, lizard, tarantula
     
  • Wild America: learn about the different habitats, survival skills and more of America's wildlife. Some of the animlas included here are: coati, lynx, king snake, skunk and others.
     
  • Other programs include: Creatures of the Night, Rainforest Adventure, Forest Friends, Living in the Desert and others.
     
  • We also offer Stage Shows! These are dynamic shows which feature some of our trained and most amazing animals yet.

  • Wildlife Wonders Stage Show: Watch as Shadrach the Serval Cat shows off his jumping skills, How many slam dunks can "Air Bud" the Macaw do? Does a binturong(bearcat)really smell like popcorn, How many teachers does it take to hold a huge python and just how big is a red kangaroo?
     
  • Amazing Predators Stage Show: Here you will encounter some of the most amazing and fascinating predators around! Just how softly does a cougar walk? Hear a wolf howl, listen for the rattle of a rattlesnake, watch as a herptologist hooks a cobra and more!

    Mission
    Wildlife Wonders Purpose is to educate the public on all aspects of animals. Wildlife Wonders wants to encourage an awareness of different types of animals, their habitat, lifestyle, survival techniques etc. Wildlife Wonders strives to bring an awareness of the animals in our world. Through this awareness to create a sense of respect and responsibility to ensure these animals a positive future. Wildlife Wonders strives to educate on the proper care and understanding of animals they may encounter daily, whether this be a family dog, pet Iguana or a gray squirell in their backyard. Wildlife Wonders also sets out to teach the proper response, respect, and actions to take involving native wild animals they may encounter. Wildlife Wonders strives to promote environmental and life science education. Wildlife Wonders encourages interactive learning. It has been said that the more senses a student uses while learning, the more they remember. In our programs a student not only learns about an animal but actually sees, smalls and in some cases feels that particular animal. Wildlife Wonders strives to motivate students to action. Wildlife Wonders encourages positive changes in ones personal life. Wildlife Wonders also encourages and strives to help the student realize that he/she can make a difference in this world.
