Wahsega 4-H Center is one of five centers operated by the University of Georgia Cooperative Extension Service that hosts school groups in the Georgia 4-H Environmental Education Program.

Inspire young people through experiential outdoor learning at one of the largest environmental education programs in the nation. Live and work at Wahsega 4-H Center in the beautiful Chattahoochee National Forest just minutes from the Appalachian Trail, cascading waterfalls and numerous other recreational opportunities. Applications for spring and fall positions are accepted year-round.

Features
Rippling waterfalls and a creek provide a wonderful resource and beautiful setting for programs. High- and low-ropes courses are available. Trails loop away from the facility into the Chattahoochee National Forest.

Main meeting building and dining hall are accessible.

Accommodates 220. Reservations can be made a year in advance with a 10% non-refundable deposit.
